Airports

We recommend flying into Sir Donald Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay. From there, it is roughly a 90-minute drive east to Ocho Rios via the North Coast Highway. The coastal views are spectacular so you won't even notice it. 

There is also the Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) in Kingston which is 90 minutes south of Ocho Rios via the North-South Highway.

Travel to and from the airports can be booked as part of your travel package (if you book on a website like Expedia for example) or through your hotel.

We've arranged discounted rates for those traveling into Montego Bay. This is through a company that will send a vehicle to pick you up at the airport and drop you at your hotel. They will also provide a return trip to the airport. Pricing is as follows:

• 1 - 4 people - $80 each way  (total $160)
• 5 -9 people - $18/person each way (total $36)
• 10+ people - $15/person each way (total $30)

You can mix and match hotels if different people  arriving on the same flight/at similar times are staying at different places.

 Hotel to Wedding/Reception Venue

Transportation will be provided from the RIU Ochos Rios and Jewel Dunn's River Resorts. The venue is a short taxi ride from other hotels in the area.

Travel Documents

I would be a terrible public health professional if didn't note that Jamaica has reported local cases of Zika virus transmission. Zika is an infection spread by mosquitoes so travelers are advised to take enhanced precautions to prevent mosquito bites.
